2010 High Country Stampede Rodeo Princess Meghan Cameron

Welcome to the High Country Stampede Rodeo! My name is Meghan Cameron. I am 12 years old, and I am a 2010 High Country Stampede Rodeo Princess!

I have been riding in gymkhanas and rodeos since I was three years old. Even before that I have always had a horse. Currently, I have two horses that I use for rodeo. They are Millie and Jay. In the rodeo, I do barrels, poles, and goats. Rodeo is definitely my favorite sport, but outside the rodeo, I enjoy middle school sports such as basketball, volleyball, and track. I also participate in dance and I am also active in 4-H. This year I am showing pigs, sheep, and horses. I also enjoy doing ranch work and being outside.

I am looking forward to a great rodeo season and being a part of the High Country Stampede Rodeo series. It is an awesome rodeo, and there are a number of amazing people in the production of it. I have also had the opportunity to meet many interesting guests and spectators. I hope to see everyone there.

2010 High Country Stampede Rodeo Princess Kayla DeSanti

Hello, my name is Kayla DeSanti and I am the newly crowned princess for the 2010 High Country Stampede Rodeo! I am 11 years old and attend West Grand Middle School.

My main passion is Barrel Racing and the excitement of making a great run with my horse, Vixen, but I also compete in Pole Bending and Goat Tying! I also love reading, writing, basketball, volleyball and 4H. I have been in 4H for four years and am currently doing two projects, horse and dog obedience.

I am looking forward to a great rodeo season and representing the High Country Stampede Rodeo. I hope to inspire kids to love the sport of Rodeo as I do! Good luck to all participants and see you at the rodeo!
